How do you make a fake DVD-Video disc's like Memento's Disc Patcher does? eg: ps2 files + VIDEO_TS folder. This is Nero method http://home.casema.nl/eugene_plotnik...sage-dvdr.html but I can't use Nero on my PC so I need another software that's able to do it.

Why don't you create an Image and patch it with Mementos Disc-Patcher instead?

It comes up with "Error in ISO image format" each time all my iso's are made with ImgBurn V2.3.2.0

    Did you install the drivers?
I don't know,if they are necessary, but I assume not.
    Give it a try.

Did you test it with an other application (like Nero)?

Lets start with question 1: do you have a memor32 card? you can go to www.mementoteam.com for all the instructions on 'hacking' the card's firmware. If not, you won't be able to do any of this currently on a normal memorycard.
