Is there any possible way to patch jpn backup games to translate it to english?

Depends on the game - The Winning Eleven series of games have regular patches released by fans that translate to English and add custom stuff.

Can you pm me the site for winning eleven? Or any other site that does ps2 translations?

Well I'm a member of the two biggst Pro Evo/ Winning 11 forums, www.pesinsight.com and www.evo-web.co.uk . Work is being done on the translation patch so be patient, it's only come out yesterday!!!! So it may take like a week or so but it is worth it!
