DVD9 to DVD5 - TOC list issue.

this may have been said before.. but i can't seem to find it anywhere..
My problem is..
When i backup a DVD9 and downsize it to 4.38GB or less, what program will allow me to keep the LBA order? Such as cdgenps2 which lets you import the LBA order from IsoBuster..
But that only creates CD images .. How can i do the same but with DVD isos? is there a program that allows me to put in the LBA order and make a DVD iso?

What exactly are you trying to do? When you go from DVD9 to DVD9, you'll have your VIDEO_TS folder with all your files. Just burn those with Gear Pro or make an image with imgtool.exe. I prefer Gear when I have files. For images I use DVDDecrypter to burn. Are you using IFOedit as part of the process?
