OK does DVD+R follow the same rules as CD-R and should always be read and burned at 1X, or should you burn it at the max speed the media is meant to be burned at? I have a HP and Verbatim DVD+R, both max speed at 2.4x, what speed should I burn the games at? Thanks

No. DVD read/write speed is entirely different than CD read/write speed due to the kb/sec transfer rate. Its apples and oranges.

I think Charlie did a summary on it over in the FAQ and Guides forum. Check it out, eh?
