Well for me Nero has been way more reliable as in never having any burn errors or failures, Primo has a couple more burn options though making it seem a little more user friendly, never used RNM personally so don't really know about it. One thing I have always noticed though (not sure what it really means) when I use Primo my PC barely seems to access the hard drive where as when I use Nero the hd is being accessed continuously anyone know why that is?
RecordNow DX seems very easy to use. Build a GI then burn the GI, seems about as easy as it gets. Haven't had any burn errors since. Give it a try, that software comes with the pioneer drives.

primo with me. As ironcy said, build a gi, burn the gi. I've never had any issues, except for scratched source discs(bloody blockbuster ;) )
more scratches then a flooded horse race,
El :)
Recordnow Max 4.5 (gui almost identical to Primo, virtually same program & latest) makes flawless copies of DVD games. I've never had one fail. As Elucifer said though, a scratched disk (damaged badly enough) will not copy regardless of what you do. If you get one that bad, take back to Blockbuster (assuming that's where you got it) & tell them it won't play in your PS2 & exchange it. Hopefully this one will be better:)

I think they use DVD X copy for scratched disks. i have never tried it myself but there was thread about it and how it can make successful backups of any DVD.
