Dvd Ntsc ----> Pal

I want to convert my NTSC Tomb Raider DVD to PAL as its in black and white

How do I do it I have a DVD Writer but what progs can you use

I tried using CDRWin and a patcher but wont make a bin file from the DVD for some reason

Please Help

PS My TV is not very good and wont play NTSC games in colour whichever lead you use I have them all and none work

As I have said the TV will not accept the signal through any cable I have about 3-4 different cables that are supposed to correct this problem the TV is not compatible at all with any lead so I need to patch the games

Thankfully I have done with Adrenalin Patcher 0.5 and they work fine
