DVD Decrypter "READ ERRORS" cant upload to PS2 HDD

hi team......i need to rip a DVD game to iso for use with my PS2 HDD......... problem is DVD Decrypter gives me a msg of "READ ERRORS" my software has 20 read retries but fails.....

any help is appreciated

update

possibly fixed.......i put the game in Nero and no READ ERROR occurred......sweet !
