DVD Decrypter Backup Problems

One of my friends made a back up of my SSX3 game for me because I didn't have a dvd burner at the time but now that I do and I follow the instructions from http://www.psx-paul.pwp.blueyonder.c...r-tutorial.htm exactly for my other games. All that I get is the red screen that pops up and says to insert a ps2 or psx game but the ssx3 that was used on the same program works fine. I have a plextor 708a and I'm using ritek 4X dvd-r media so I know that isn't the problem.

My ps2 is a ver 4 no gap with a dms3 2.0 and I also burn at 2X. Anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

that is the proper way of doing it is the game you backup on the same media that the other disk is on? and is this the only game that gets the red screen? try nero or recordmax and do a exact disk copy.

I just use DVddecrypter to make a test with DBZ budokai2...and it worked fine with a swap magic method...but somehow the loading seems to take longer....I notice that happens to many of my backups....why is that????

Could it be the media or just because its a bakUP....thanks...

Yeah apparently a couple of the media were bad in the pack I got so I got em replaced and all them work fine now.
