dvd copying help

I pretty much know nothing about ps2 dvd-r copying because i never had a dvd-r burner, but now i have aquired a friend with a dvd-r and splinter cell

Anyways I wanted to know if you can make a working copy from an origional or would you have to get a group release, or would you have to do anything to the iso to make it work.
someone please help

Your PS2 has to be chipped to play a COPY. Once that's done, 1:1 copy will work.

look at the sticky threads at the top. i use recordnow max. it has made me perfect backups everytime. i can't say the same for nero...

RecordNow Max always works. Can't say the same thing for any other burning program.

I use DiscJuggler, never a problem. Recordnow max = problems with .iso files for me.
