DVD-9's with pioneer 108

I have been reading and reading has anyone had any luck getting a DVD-9 burned with a pioneer 108 to play or a DVD-9 burned with any other dule layer burnner to play on the PS2?

dvd-r9 has come out.. its not wide spread and each media dvd cost about $20 try looking on new egg

What do you need it for anyway? Not too many DVD9 games. It's great that the new GTA is a DVD5

So no one has burned a DVD-9 game with a duel layer burner and gotten it to play.

and yes, my v9 with matrix infinity works just fine with MGS on a DVD+R DL, you can get a 6 pack from sony themselves for around 50 bux, check sonystyle.com

Wrong! I want - (minus) format, not the bad "+" (plus) one.

And they are $9, $11 and $12 each.
