It seems that people could rip DVDs to CDRs. Do you think it would be possible to rip DVD9s to DVD (4.7)?

This should be fun. Im a have a blast when a DVD9 game comes out. I'm just gonna spend my pre-allocated studying time ****ing with the damn DVD9 game.

Damn you PS2 - that is why Im a be a 6th year senior when I graduate

i woudl IMAGINE its possible to rip a dvd9 game down to 4.7GB (or whatever ifits on a DVD-R)

but would you want to do it...the only reason a game would be dvd-9 would be that its got a LOT of stuff, voices, movies etc etc (like GTA Vice City)

I personally would rather just buy the game....considering it costs like £8 for a good DVD-R here and the game wont be more than £40.

The only time i would rip a DVD9 if it was forign voices etc that made it bigger than 4.7, i wouldnt wanna lose all the good stuff (thats why i dont mess with DVD Ripping when it comes to ps2, why would you want a game missing all the movies and music and sounds etc.....whats the point!)

you can split a DVD-9 movie and put it on two DVD-r's so i would think you could do the same with games
