Is there a alternative for sony cdvd-gen?

Ok i want to build a dvd-r that i made (a compalationof 4 games) to dvd-r and in order to do this i need sony cdvdgen(only one problem it is illegal to have)

is there a alternetive for compiling dvd-r discs I have tried USBs cdgenps2 with no luck.

Plz help me

since when is it illegal to have? I dont know what I'd do without mine, I only bother with the cdgenps2 ripoff because it makes bin images, and those are more patchable...like the boot burst logo....
O.K., maybe I should be asking since WHERE is it illegal to have.

As far as i understand it is only for regesterd developers at sony as it is a sony development tool ,am i wrongin thinking so?
