yes, if you are asking for sites to download official games, you're just asking for a ban as we don't discuss much less distribute information to copywrited material here ... please word your question more clearly

requesting links to websites which contain downloads of commerical software is against the rules of PS2 Scene.

Asking where to download homebrew games isn't against the rules since homebrew games aren't commerical software, you can download some PS2 Homebrew Games from http://www.pdroms.de/index.php
