Devil may cry 2

Okay, I know the game is 2 dvd's, but the copy I got off usenet has 2 2 gig files, and a 400 meg and a 1.4meg file...Anyone know what the two smaller files are? Also they are .gi files, not sure whta burns those

Load the smallest one into Record Now MAX using the "Image" button. It should act like a *.cue file, if you are familar with bin/cues. If not, readthis

Speaking of DMC2, why is it 2 dvd-r's? Is the original 2 dvd's? Or is it 1 dvd9?

I'm curious too, according to this thread, it's a DVD5...but then why 2 dvds for the backup?

Each one of my ISO images is 4.37 gigs... Maybe I'll just wait and just rent it myself....

forget it... I just read the ign review and it mentioned it was a disappointing sequel.... Not gonna bother wasting a dvd-r on this one!

The game is on two DVD-5 discs.

the game is originally out in 2 dvds
one you play with dante and the other you play with tresh
it's same as resident evil 2 for psx
the game for each dvd is smaller than 2gb ,but capcom added a lot od dummies to make the game bigger and fast to load
so if you select all your dvd data ,and check propreties ,you will find the same size as the rip

uhh...no... the files are less than 2 gb... but are you telling me that FFX is less than 50ish MB or whatever it was?

its sector reading i believe... many games use it (FFX, Sly Cooper, Kingdom Hearts)

and there isnt a rip as of yet...

also id like to add that this game boots wonderfully (both ver)
on swap magic w/ no solder V7

Is it true that you cant play Devil May Cry 1, with this setup?

with swap magic probably not..

with DMC demo, yes.
