Dancing Stage Megamix PAL

Does anyone know a way to syncronize the music to the arrows for play on a 60Hz TV? I patched the game so that it'll play on an NTSC set, but the arrows go at a new framerate, but the music is still syncronized to the arrows at 50Hz... In other words, the arrows don't match the beat and the song still plays after the stage is over and done with. Adjusting the timing doesn't help either.

(I'd hate to have to rip the music, resample it, then find a way to put it back in the game and have it work).
