create a false lba (increase toc size)

plz could someone tell me if there is something i can use to choose the toc size of an iso.

ps: i dont wont to add or take away any more files like a dummy file

I always wondered how orginal games do that false TOC also but why would you want to do that?

Nothing really I just wanted to know how they do it cuz as far as I can see there are no false LBA tools and they really have no reasion to put false LBA's one game I got was 1.16 GB but had false LBA and was really 192 MB they could have saved money by selling the game on a CD format!
