chimps destruction derby patch no workie

anyone else get the Chimps PAL to NTSC patch for

Destruction_Derby_Arenas_Retail_Pal_Ps2_Dvd-ORGASM

to work.. patched mine and it burned, came up PAL...

also the file is missin so much info.. the description in hex is not even all there.. I have sent an email to the chimps..
