Could be a mis-install - - especially if you did it yourself. Check Charlie's troubleshooting guides over in the FAQ & Guides forum. Sounds like your SCEX wire is bad...

yes i think there is something about your chip installation
uninstal it and go to a pro to instal it again for sure.
Mine new Messiah 2 arrives tomorrow i hope....
