can only read DVD+rw

wry can my ps2 only read +rw
i tryed to burn games down on a -r and +r but it can't read them

+rw is a philips
-r is a FUJLFILM
+r is a samsung pleomax
what is wrong

Use Verbatim, Ritek, Tayio Ruden without sticker on it.
Burn at the lower speed (2-4)X
