Here's the skinny, Office Depot is having a 17th Anniversary sale. They doing a huge deal of a buy one, get one free on things.
DVD+R and DVD-R 25packs are buy one get one free!!! A pack goes for $59.87. So, if you figure that out, that would be $1.19 a disc before tax!
And they are offering free shipping for orders over $50!
Go to officedepot.com, look for the "17th Anniversary Sale" ad right in the middle on the top. If you don't see it, keep refreshing until it shows up. Click on that ad and you will see the deals going on!
HURRY, THIS EXPIRES ON 10/25/2003!!!
I just found this today, sorry.

I have heard from many that Memorex have some of the best reflectivity ratings compared to generics. I wish there was a website where someone had done their homework and had all the brand name and major generic brand DVD media written out. Where we could see which ones has the best reflectivity rates.
Your the first (that I have heard or read) to say that Memorex's are bad.

and i've had tons of memorex media work just fine, and heard "horror stories(i mean wtf, so if they dont work big deal, it isnt gonna kill anything) about plenty of other kinds of media as well.
if you know memorex works in your ps2, buy it. no reason to not get a decent deal on media if you know it works for you just because it doesnt work in other ps2's.
