burnout 2 problem

i tried this in another forum, no one answered, so hopefully ill have more luck here

I made a homebrew image of Burnout 2 that i rented a while ago, made the image with primoDVD burnt with primoDVD (Pioneer 104 btw) on verbatim dvd-r media at 1x

got a no-solder, used Vice City to boot, VC (3.347GB) is > Burnout 2 (around 3GB) so i know thats not the problem, booting method isnt the problem (tried so many damn ways) cus other games have worked the same way, cant be the media verbatims are good, and i spent bloody 15cad on it.......WTF?!?!

is it the game? or what........cus im lost, plz help, i love mah burnout 2, and daddy needs the full game, not a rip

i really don't know about using the swap method. I've got a direct-boot mod and using the same burn method as you have with the same burner on the same media.. and mine works fine.. so i reckon the issue would be with the swap method that you're using or maybe an issue with burnout 2 and swapping???

If you havn't already tried make an image of ur Burnout again and Burn at 2X that Should do the trick coz i know my machine(direct boot) doesn't like 1X burns it much prefurs burns at 2X

Jusr read this thread - I have made a backup of Burnout 2 with Primo at 2x on Verbatim Datasafe disc. Used Metal Gear 2 to boot with AR2. No problem - works lovely. Me thinks chap who suggested burning at 2x is correct?!

it was the booting method. apparently the gs2 2.2 has a different booting method for dvd-r. it works now
