burning games...

if i have a file (bin) which i downloaded can i simply burn it without any patch ?????
and if it's a dvd-rip (i need to have a special cd writer ?)
???

Ahoy! If'n ya gots the bin already ya still needs the .cue file to go with it, so ya do! Once you get that, ye can use a program such as Nero or CDRWin to burn yer image. There are some very nice How-To guides on doing that supplied here at PS2newz. Compliments of Sir CharliePS2 I do believe.
