Burning DVD-Rips

I have a problem with several dvd rips that I have from Kalisto. When I open the rar file there is no bin and cue files. The only files ther are files named kal-gta.001 through kal-gta.029. How do I go about burning these files. I have got about every burning software there is.

those are rar'd so unrar em and u should get a bin and cue
so select the .001 - .029 and go to extract files...
if that doesnt work or extract files doesnt show up.
open up winrar. and go to the folder with the .001 - .029 and select them. then go to the commands tabs and then to wizard.
with the .001-.029 selected.. in the wizard menu select "unpack and archive" then pick the archive name and the destination.
