Alcohol 120% will burn the bin. I know there is a prog that can create a cue for you but I can't think of it.

or just make a .cue of your own:

    FILE "filename.bin" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

Replace filename with the filename.. and put it into a .txt. Rename the .txt to .cue if you want, but cdrwin'll burn both.

just take a cue from another ps2 game and edit it, change the bin name to the appropriate filename
