BenQ DVD-R

I just picked up a spindle of 100 4X BenQ DVD-R Discs. Are these good for use in the PS2 because I used a couple before and they seem really good. I burn all my backups @ 4X and they play at full speed as well.

We have had troubles with them in several Ps2s and Xbox's. The old ones rated as 2x were a way better for consoles... Are these you picked up the ones with purple lines on the top ? PI/PO error rates are above the usual, you should have better chosen the good old Ritek G04. Though as seen you have a V7, oh mate then no worry about dead LA failures, hehe... (BA is much more tolerant to these disks)

well, it is a white top w/ BenQ written on it w/ a purple line to show whats on the disc. I also tried these on a V5 my friend has and they worked perfect.

Hey who is the Manufacturer of the Benq DVD's?
Just woundering cause they have a good deal on a spindle of 100 dvd's for $34.99 cnd right now
