Band Hero DVD-5 RIPKIT
Another great release from Drakia
(so all credit should go out his way)
This is what was stated by Drakia
"Ok, here's the kit, it's a basic extract files/run the bat ripkit. All it does is remove FIF1 and replace FIF0 with a custom one that contains all the files on layer 1.
Tested working with HDLoader, no modes. Played for about an hour, all songs worked that I tried. Load times were decent. I lack a PS2 that can play discs (Go figure, I own the only version PS2 that can't play ESR patched games), so I can't test it after burning.
Extract both layers to ripkit dir using Apache3 (If you can't manage this step, go away, if you try to use any other program, go away)
Run the .bat file
Select "bh.iml" in iml2iso
Patch with ESR if required, burn.

This kit literally replaces ONE file on the disc, nothing is downsampled, nothing is changed except the location of where in the ISO files are. The SLUS does not require patching as I force the FIF file to be in the same location as the original ISO."
Also posted by Drakia in regards tord the PAL version:
"This kit is for the NTSC version, if you want the PAL version someone will need to send me a FileList.txt generated from Apache3, the FIF0.FIF and FIF1.FIF files from the ISO, and an iml/ims file generated using CDVDGen2.
Also, in Apache3 please select just the second layer and get the "Position" of "FIF1.FIF", I need this to adjust the offsets when merging the LBA tables.
When creating the iml please follow this file order:
FIF0.FIF (Set the "Location" in the "Layout" tab to be the same as it is in FileList.txt, this is IMPORTANT)
If they aren't in this order I won't use it to make a PAL kit. I also won't be able to test the PAL kit."
