Has anyone had any difficulty making a backup of Area 51 using Nero? I have successfully backed games in the past but this game keeps giving me the "failed to read disc error" around 4 minutes into the image making process.

Why don't you try DVD Decrypter?
I had the same problem. I took me like 5 tries before it worked. I dont really know why only this game did that though.
I burned it with DVD Decrypter and worked fine.
