Hehehehehe - there are very few people out there that has this software on P2P. I got mine from IMesh - get it then install the update - you be straight.

You really don't need PrimoDVD as RecordNow Max has the same underlying burning engine written by Veritas (who bought out Prassi a while back) and also handles the Global Image ( .gi) file format like PrimoDVD. Both are also capable of burning ISO files too.Originally posted by IronCy

RecordNow Max is actually suppose to be a little more flexible in the brands of DVD-R and DVD+R burners it supports compared to PrimoDVD, so you may want to stick with what you have in hand.
Like Kemikals mentioned, just be sure you hit the Veritas web site and download the latest Px Engine update and apply it to what you have (or to PrimoDVD if you're dead set on acquiring that instead -- it works on both.)

update link seems to have been removed from the page...
or am I blind?
No, you're not blind. Veritas shifted the majority of public support for RecordNow to Stomp. Visit the Support section on the Stomp website for the 320 Px Engine update (which I still run and works fine for everything to date) or the new version of RNMax with driver support for the Sony DRU500A DVD-R / +R combo burner.
