Anybody get Gran_Turismo_4_USA_PS2DVD-JEI to play with Matrix Infinity?

Well I burnt Gran_Turismo_4_USA_PS2DVD-JEI onto 4 different types of media and non of them booted on my pstwo. I have the Matrix Infinity mod with the latest firmware updates. All of my other games work perfect besides this one. Is anybody else having this problem?? Please let me know how to fix this if possible.......besides somebody telling me to go out and buy the game.

That release (like all others before it) was nuked. They don't work. I hate to say the obvious, but if you want to play the game, just go out and buy it. Whenever there's a real working release of GT4, it'll spread faster than a virus I can tell you that :P

Yea....I could go buy it but i'll just wait for it.....See the thing with me buying games is pointless because I will play the game once and then never play it again, that's the only reason why I don't like buying games....espicially when you are 19, have one kid, own a house, and have to pay for everything :P

When Sony wants to put protection in they do a pretty good job. No one has patched Socom 2 to play online (since the new protection) and it's 6 months down the road. Just buy the game if you love Gran Turismo, because it's worth the money.

You can patch socom 2 to play online but I'm unable to discuss it on these forums.

Now, if I was to want to back up my copy of GT4, how would I go about doing it? Is there a specific burning program I should use? Or is it not possible due to copy protection? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You cannot make a working backup of GT4 nor can you install it to your PS2 HD. Not if its a rental, not if you own it, and not if you claim that you "own it"...doesnt matter. People have been tyring to do it for the last couple of months and with little to no progress, at this time it cannot be done, period.

Sry for out of topic but are you ****ing serious? NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO DO IT! REGULAR DNAS PATCHING DOES NOT WORK BECAUSE THEY HAVE ADDITIONAL PATCHES!!!!!

Damn, that feels better and yea gt4 is pretty damn good, i rented it and thinking about buying it...

GT4 isnt an rpg, you dont just play it once then never play it again...its worth shelling out 55 for it cause of its replay value plus cause its so good
