Alchol 120% errors burning PS2 CDR .bin
Alchol 120% errors burning PS2 CDR .bin –
All I am trying to do is to burn the .bin files of Tony Hawk Pro 4 with Alcohol 120. I have a Pioneer A05 with hacked 1.3 firmware. Anyone know why i am getting the error "The selected drive is not able to make real 1:1 copies using this datatype". All i am doing is going to image copy wizard, selecting the extracted .bin file and then selecting PS2 as my datatype. As soon as i select PS2 from the dragdown menu. BOOM, i get the error. Please help. Search for my other thread in this forum for more info. What is this error and how can i fix it. Can i burn these kinds of files with the Pioneer A05 DVD-r drive? ANyone else have problems like these? Please help!
Arrrrrrrrrrr, the bin file may be corrupt, or ye be missin the .cue that is needed ta go along with it.
not a corrupt file. Ive recently heard that the PS2 functioning as a copyright template is bunk. Just commercial filler, and nothing more. Is anyone that is using alcohol120% to burn .bin images of cdr ps2 backups even using the ps2 function from the media tab (bottom-left of prog) or are you guyz by-passing this altogether? And just burning them like any other .bin file. It makes sense if other people are burning these same type files with Nero, since it has no PS2 copyuright template from wome dummy-pull down. Any thoughts?
just leave it on custom. DAO/SAO
the A05-105 cant write RAW MODE. I have burnt a shit load this way and they all work just fine.
I think there is a fix for this in a newer version of 120%
could be wrong
