ADR PAL to NTSC Patcher Question
ADR PAL to NTSC Patcher Question –
10-28-2008,10:02 PM
Well, I got a PAL game and made a back up of it, used the ADR patcher to make it become NTSC, then patched it with Memento Disc Patcher and burned it. It worked perfectly, except being a little off screen.
Game Used: TNA Impact (Works decently)
Question: Is there a way to do a y-fix for the ADR Patcher? Yes, I'm aware of the PAL to NTSC Converter, but I don't want to play in black and white. With ADR, you can continue to play in color even when converted.

No the ADR patcher does not do a y-fix, but what I have done in the past is use the ADR patcher, then do the y-fix.
The only other solution is if your TV supports it is to buy a PS2 component cable.
My Flatscreen HDTV supports it and plays PAL games perfectly.
I sure the like the games that have a screen adjustment in the Options, makes it much nicer.

So basically I'd run the ADR patcher, then the PAL to NTSC converter for the y-fix?
