After a few years of use, my AR Max disc is beggining to die (all though it does work from time to time!)

So ive decided to burn a backup of it, that ive had since i got it.

Ive updated the EU codelist, for obvious reasons.

Then ive patched the iso with ESR.

It all loads fine, but the codelist wont open, it just has the 'add new game' option under expert mode?

Any idea what could be causing this/ anyone had similar issues?
