Do I use the Msystem Maker to creat a msystem and than put it in the CDLoder folder to replay CDLoder's msystem file with Msystem Maker's msstem file or is it the other way around?

I used "How to compile multi games dvds" (which one do you use to make your multi game dvds?) guide and got all the softwares that it listed but after reading the intire thread I am not sure which one to use anymore. can you please list the name of the softwares that I need to make a multi games. I have a NTSC Slim Ps2 V12 and I used Matric Infinity chip.

1.Metalslug 3 Jap cdrip by Kalisto :
Used Sonix DVDScan3.6 for dvd checks on SLPS_252.09 and IOPRP255.IMG.

2.Metalslug 4 Jap DVD :
Renamed MODULES folder to MODULEZ.
Used hex workshop to hexedit SLPS_253.76 by replacing MODULES folder name with MODULEZ.
Renamed ICON folder to ICOM.
Used hex workshop to hexedit SLPS_253.76 by replacing ICON folder name with ICOM.
All MS_XXX.DAT dummy files removed!!!!

3.Metalslug 5 US NTSC DVD :
Replaced FIXJPN.ZIP and GFXJPN.ZIP files in ZIP folder with those of Metalslug 4
APP0001.DAT and APP0002.DAT dummy files removed!!!!

4.Compilation done with multiloader 1.02 by denver\doberman found at http://www.multiloader.ar.gs/

How do you replace the folder names in Hex Workshop? Specifically the folder names of Metal Slug 4 and 5. I'm putting MS4 and MS5 on the same disc. Both are NTSC U/C (English.)
