Trouble w/ the PS3 toolchain

I am having trouble pulling the toolchain, when the script tries to pull npfr-2.4.2.tar.bz2 from npfr.org it times out. The website has a placeholder there when I visit it, so it is down for whatever reason, any alternative source for the toolchain, or at least that file, goole turns up nothing?

mpfr is the same as npfr?

sometimes links are down either you find a new link and modofy the script or you wait.

Yeah, this was the obvious solution, only problem is google provided me with zero results for that filename. No matter, the server was back up the next day.
