    Does any1 kno if the wireless driver can be used? If so how because I installed debian and it doesn't detect it.

    do you have a fat or slim, are you running it from petitboot or from debian, do you have root access?

    Installed on a fat. I can become root in debian and ran the script enable_wireless_on_fat from glevand in petitboot but still nothing.

    when you run the script is there an error, if yes type the error, word for word on here, if not then what is telling you the the wireless is not detected.

    well, make sure you unload ps3_gelic before you run the script. Also, make sure you compile ps3hvc-utils (or grab a binary of ps3hvc_hvcall) and make sure you have access to /dev/ps3hvc. If not, the script will fail.

    If you do get it to run, consider configuring your wireless manually with wpa_supplicant, as I can't get it work properly through a graphical environment (wicd). Also, after speaking to glevand, you'll have to run the enable wireless script everytime you reboot your OS, unless you write your own script and implement the whole thing during init.
