    Hi, i have a ps3 that has a bad bluray drive board, its on 3.41 i get black screens when launching demos, is there anyway to run linux if I install a CFW? kmeaw or any other that has the bluray check bypass?

    I'm not sure maybe your best bet would be to use the otheros ++ from gitbrew or rebug otheros as your base pup with ps3mfw to create a pup with just the blueray bypass patch checked then you could just install it the debootstrap way

    try PS3:OtherOS++ - wikibrew where it says install my latest cfw use your pup you created then you can just follow it all the way through and follow a debootstrap method from PS3:Linux - wikibrew
