cant no one help me? a simple yes or no is enough
OtherOS++ supports all models Which is what REBUG uses PS3:OtherOS++ - wikibrew
Edit : Where did you read that 256MB Nand models weren't supported? REBUG 3.41.3 and 3.55.2 OTHEROS++
well here...
it was on the post called "OtherOS++ NAND PS3 Brick"
and there was a user... wait it was you who posted the system requiremts and those were
REQUIREMENTS
16MB NOR PS3 (Model CECHH or Higher)
3.55 OtherOS++ enabled firmware installed
(If you want to use REBUG 3.55.1 grab PS3MFW Builder 0.2 Portable
from here with the tasks pre-selected to add OtherOS++ support)
thats why i thought that i couldnt use rebug otheros++
so i can simply install rebug 3.55.2 otheros++ without having problems?
old news gleveland fixed the problem, separate files for the two different types of memory all your answers should be in the first link I posted above, also if you don't want the trophy error might I suggest using PS3MFW Builder to build your own REBUG-OtherOS++ pup (found in second link) and un-check allow access to SS services.
Alright, thank you very much for your help.
Could you just answer me one last question, i have a small ps3 HDD only 60gb so its already quite small for normal ps3 usage, is it possible using otheros++ without having to compromise 22gb from my hdd and install freebsd on a USB drive?
yeah, those options are for gameos only, the smaller option is really 22gb
