YLOD just after boot (twice) Advise needed

Hello guys,
Here is my story,
I have the EU 60gb from release day, every 6 months i was cleaning the lens and the cooling system and every year i change thermal paste and thermal pads.

Before 2-3 mothns i got the 1st ylod.
How i got it?
I haven't turned it on for 2-3 days, and when i turned it on and got to the psstore it died.
The ps3 was on for about 5 mins tops? it was still pretty cool.

I did a reflow..... and it lasted for about 2minutes.... i didnt even got the time to adjust time and date via internet.
So i left it for a couple of months

I did a 2nd reflow before 15 days and lasted till today.
Meantime i backed up my data, i've finished GOW3 in hard mode that takes longer, finished prince of persia, 8 hours of f@h, and many hours in gran turismo prologue and some other games.

*Note that cause i havent put back the upper part of the case i placed a usb fan to cool down the PSU just in case it lasts longer.

Yesterday i didnt turned in on
Today....same story again, i fired it up, got to PSstore and after 5-10 mins...... beep,beep,beep....

So i did 3rd reflow, extremely gently, with lower temperatures for less time and from longer distance, and its alive again.....

and cause i got sick of it, this time i didnt give any time to thermal paste,
when i fired it up i got straight to F@H and its running now for about 10 hours straight with the fun at level 2-3 but mostly at level 2.
Room temperature is 26C.

If it died wile i was playing a game or something it would make more sense, but 2 times 5 mins after boot? and again in PSStore? it will drive me crazy.

Any ideas? suggestions? i am missing something?
should i apply new thermal paste to the cpu and gpu covers?
Should i burn it and dance around it?
Anything?
