XBOX 360 joypad on PS3?
Hi everybody! I'm running my ps3 with kmeaw 3.55 cfw and multiman (ps3 fat 80gb). I really don't like these ps3 controllers because of my big hands and I really like to play FPS (as you xbox 360 joypad is better for this). Is there a way to play using xbox 360 joypad WIRED OR WIRELESS IT DOESN'T MATTERS on a ps3?
I heard about an adapter that allows you to do it but if there is a free alternative i would prefer it :) Thank you all guys!

i don't think wireless will be possible due to the way the controller use to comunicate to the console (hardware) but i think someone really good with these things can do that!

I think it's possible to cramp the guts of a PS3 pad into a 360 shell, but it requires quite a bit of rewiring and ALOT of skill with a soldering iron.
There's a tut on xboxscene somewhere.

There are a few aftermarket PS3 controllers that are basically just like a 360 controller. They have the left stick and D-pad switched and about the size of the 360 controller. I have this one and it works really great Pro Elite Wireless Controller you can find them cheaper in stores I also have this one PDP AFTERGLOW AP.1 - Blue - Game console which is also great. Either of those is far cheaper then that adapter you are talking about cause I think they run for like $70 or more. The Option about cramming the ps3 controller into the 360 controller is very expensive since its alot of hard work and you will also have to have a working ps3 controller and a working 360 controller to make the one PS360 controller.
I just looked it up you can get the "XCM Cross Battle Adapter" for around $40 but you will have to have a wired 360 controller to use with it.

I have an XCM Cross Battle Adapter & have to say that using a wired pad doesn't bother me at all.
If you hate the PS3 pad as much as I do, it's well worth getting one of these.
Apart from the comfort of using a 360 pad, the ability to remap the shoulder buttons to the triggers sold the XCM for me.
The button remapping is stored until you reset them.

Thank you all for the answers! I already did google before asking you and what i found was only adapters (XCM Cross Battle) or modding tutorials on how to fit ps3 controller inside xbox360 joypad skin. The cheapest alternative seems to be buying an xbox360 joypad clone for pc to use it on the ps3 but what i found are different in terms of design and quality. Well, I would probably spend more to buy this XCM (that now costs 99$ because they say it supports wireless xbox360 joypads and buttons remap), a microsoft wireless receiver for xbox360 (around 9$) and an xbox360 original controller (from 30$ to 50$)...
Edit: Truely, I was looking for a wired solution whitout buying any adapters... I thought that you could find one by using the cfw :)
