Xbox 360 controller on PS3?

Is there anyway to get a WIRED (wireless is impossible) Xbox 360 controller working on a CFW PS3? And I don't mean that adapter or putting the PS3 guts inside a 360 controller.

I mean, there must be someway to make the PS3 allow the controller...

The 360 and PS3 controllers work in 2 totally different ways. So no there is no way for that to work right now.
