XBMC or Boxee on PS3 3.55

Sorry if this question is kind of dumb, im a complet newbie in this matter and just trying to collect as much info as I can.

I was wondering now with the recent new about master key and being able to sign pkgs and ... is it possible down the road to have either XBMC or Boxee running on PS3 3.55.

I think I know it's impossible to do so on XBox360 due C# and C++ programming differences... something along those lines. But is it possible to relativly port either of those programs to PS3 ?

If so, that would be great, as ps3 can simply satisfy all the needs of a great media player, from Blue ray player to HDMI, Internet access, Hard drive...

It can't run natively but when asbestos will be released ,
expect some nice ports for linux on ps3...
