ill start off by stating i currently have a PS3KEY at the moment and its good for what it is but the team does not keep up to date and the PS3KEY IS NOT ABLE TO HAVE ANY HEX FLASED (i dont know how many time people say it can be dont but it cant).
So i read the X3MAX stats here on PSX-Scene (http://psx-scene.com/forums/f6/x3-ma...hc-slot-69157/ (X3 MAX Features MicroSDHC Slot!)) around the time it was launched, i really like about 3 of the features on the X3, mainly the ability to flash ANY HEX wich means i dont have to be one the bothersome people on the forums looking for some one to compile for my chip set.
Second i like the SD expansion idea (all tho it hasent been mentioned what its purpose is yet) and the large 128K Flash bank size.
Today i was looking around the forums here readin tweeted topics and noticed a banner at the top for an E3 USB Dev card it appears that it has all the functionalitys as the X3 (tho i havent seen anything mentioned about debuging or hex editing on the fly like i have on the X3 thread here at PSX-Scene) accept the fact that it supports dual payloads, wich would be nice so i may experiment/test/try other payloads if i so wanted would also be a nice all in one soloution to have both Asbest OS payload (ya ya i know you dont need it on a payload there is a .PKG for it) and another payload at once on it.
So im curious if any one has either purchessed the E3 card (e3 card reader, new generation ps3 chip with mulit-function) and used it, maybe you can shed some light on this device for me or what be really cool is if some one that has maybe used both the X3 and E3 USB devices and can compare and contrast the 2 devices but ill take what i can get .
