I have the x3max. It is flashed with pl3 and the back up manager I have isGaia Manager to v1.04.1. I am unable to play any of my games that I backed up on either external or internal hard drive. I see the game and when I launch it all I get is a black screen. Please help. What is the best set up.

You need to flash the x3max_generic_V1.1.bin file. You can find it in the x3max release thread.

I did flash it first with the Generic. Flashed it with the generic then I flashed it with the pl3. These are the directions you gave me. Oh and I did do a search. Anything else it ay be. Whats the best set for this x3max

Haha. What a goon. there two generic bins, which one did you use? 1.0, 1.1, or something else from somewhere else? Where did you get the generic bin? Where did you get the PL3? If it is a newer PL3, you need the 1.1. And, If it is an older PL3, then the 1.0 will work.

make sure you got that switch at the end switched over on the x3max..it comes shipped set to program..after you program it you must switch it over

If you did it right.. you will have a blue light only

Why the name calling???? anyway generic 1.1 was loaded and hermes 4b was used. thought forums were for help didnt know I was a such a top elite forum were people are so much better then others. Thanks for being so kind TThousand

If you do not let us know what you want to know, we are going to give you answers that serve you no purpose.

If the 1.1 bin does not work, then Switch to the 1.0 bin. That is the answer I have recieved from team x3max, if one does not work the other one will.

-Switch between bins
-Use the same hex file
-Make sure you are using the 2.0 tool

Let us know what you need help with? Your posts leave many questions. Do not be a goon, like some other people in this thread. I was not talking about you when I said goon. I was when I said Haha if that makes any difference.

The fact that he can run Gaia is enough of an indication that he has programmed it and got it in jailbreak mode.

I had exactly the same problem with Hermes, I installed PL3 on my X3 and no problems since.

I see you already tried that and it didn't work. I which PL3 did you use? I used the Teensy++ 2.0
