A word to the any newcomers to the world of PS3 jailbreaking...

Jailbreaking a PS3, or any other console for that matter, is an endeavor that takes patience. You have to consider many points before you make the leap with your console, and not do it because you can. I read on this site, at least once every day, how the scene is "dead", how there's no new this, no new that...i can't play this one new game that came out...and on, and on.
Well, if your new to the scene,understand one thing: If your gaming habits closely resemble the "Can't wait until this new game comes out I'm sooooo getting that and then next month there's this other game that really looks good..." THEN PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND, EVEN IF YOU CAN, DO NOT JAILBREAK! (unless of course you own two consoles), you will not be happy for long with a jailbroken PS3. Development is , for the most part, a slow process. Sometimes a new break comes in and we get a few good strides in there but then it's back to playing the waiting game.
If you have patience, oh the rewards are well worth it, I mean, look at how far we have come in the world of a console once deemed "unhackable"!So please, follow my advise, and with a bit of patience...you will love the jailbreak scene, and for those that like to bitch about the scene being dead, just shut the hell up and leave this site!

Nope. Sorry, 3.55 and below as of right now, unless you use a downgrader but I honestly never tried doing a downgrade.
