kmeaw. Most stable and has yet to brick a console.
use Kmeaw's CFW.....
Stable and Brick-Proof
Ok I wanted to check before I put one on because I heard that some if your ps3 did not have certain amounts of memory it would brick them.
That was Waninkoko v1 that did that. Kmeaw is the defacto choice for everyone now though, and the most compatible with all the newest homebrew releases.
