Will there ever be a 3.60/3.61/3.6x downgrade?

Hey guys Im sorry if this has already been posted a dozen times already but I have been without a computer for about 3 months now and am wondering if there will ever be a possibility of a downgrade for the listed firmwares.

Maybe. We don't yet know.

There will ALWAYS be a downgrade from ANY firmware, .... through hardware.

(Infectious, etc..)
