Will a real CFW 4.21 happen?

Or has it been disproven of ever having the chance of happening? I need to know because I'm going to buy an E3 Flasher soon. I don't think it'll ever happen even with the LV0 keys due to relying on CFW 3.55. I mean there could be new vulnerabilities found especially since we now have full access to a modified OFW 4.21, but I doubt it since most devs wouldn't really care about opening up the PS3 to the masses again due to piracy. I think i'll just wait 2 months and see what happens. Is anyone else going to play the waiting game with me? Right now i'm on 4.10 OFW.

Yes there is a real CFW 4.21. It's not some 3.55 mock up. It's a real custom firmware based off 4.21 The reason it won't install over OFW is that we don't have an exploit to do so. We currently cant sign an update file correctly.

Raheemiscool, the sad truth is that you either stupid or lazy enough, as well as cheap, to buy yourself hardware flasher and perform sweet downgrade with your own hands, which I believe not quite straight. Everytime the new key/fake/exploit shows up - you're right here, bitching and whining about new CFW and so on with that countless stupid threads around.

I kind of understand what you're saying but not really since english is obviously not your native language.
I do not want to waste 100$ on something that could come a month from now
I want to know if I there is concrete proof that the exploit has little chance of happening
