Will psgroove+Rockbox ever be able to downgrade 3.70?

Wil this ever happen or will I have to find someone who can do the progsheet downgrade for me?

This will never happen. Use the search function on google. Progskeet and some other derived clones such as the teensy will have the ability to downgrade 3.70 to 3.55. So yes progskeet is a good thing to have handy and installed in your system. In the future please look around.
