will i get banned using psn on retail unit form jb model

i used psn on my jb one time when the hack was out if i login on psn on my retail unit will they ban me since i used it on my jb ps3 or no

I used jailbreak on my console at 3.41 messed around then upgraded to 3.50 used the dns spoof and when that dies i upgraded then to 3.55 to access psn again and i have had no problems.

nobody has been banned yet for jb...

and i suppose your not the only one who updated his jb ps3 to access psn...

no one has be banned from PSN so far using Jailbreak and i think it wont be.
