Do any of the file managers support NTFS external hard drives so I can fit the games with files larger than 4gb on the external without having to use a server to get the game playable?

Also wondering if any of the file mangers support externals that were formatted by the PS3 to make the external have the native ps3 format?

You can't play games off of a NTFS HDD but you can use it with Multiman to transfer games larger than 4gb to the internal but there is no reason for that since we can now play split games larger than 4gb from a FAT32 HDD. For Multiman you have to setup the USB.CFG file then enable it in Multiman 2.0 for the drive to detect it but like I said it is read only.
    PS3 CECH-25001 Rebug 4.41.2 "Lite" 1tb iNt & 2tb eXT mM 4.40.00

Back online thanks to Primee for the legit PSID!!

Was wondering hat that USB.cfg thing was...so how do I set that up and use it or enable it in multiman?

    Thanks for any help...

Also do you know if any of the file mangers support an external with the native ps3 format?

Aha, so you only work with FAT32 HDDs, interesting...
Of course there's a good reason.
Nowadays most people use NTFS, which is fully normal.
Transfering games to NTFS HDDs is easier than creating new FAT32 partitions or even buying new HDDs.
I believe many of us don't use their HDDs for PS3 games only.
If you want to sort your PSN games alphabetically, feel free to read my guide:
